We're thrilled to announce the arrival of our mini leather coin pouches, and it's been quite the adventure getting them just right. From perfecting the size to fine-tuning the lining length (I admit, I sewed them too short by mistake), and ensuring the zippers were the perfect length, it was a journey filled with trial and error. In fact, I drafted and created three different patterns before finally hitting the sweet spot with our third and final design.

This behind-the-scenes glimpse into our creative process is what makes the journey so worthwhile.

Let's dive into the uniqueness of our mini coin pouches:

My goal was to create a zipper pull that not only offered a comfy grip but also screamed "grab me!". I began by sketching out ideas on paper and measuring around my thumb for guidance. These sketches were then translated into digital form using Illustrator, where I resized my original artwork. Following this, I crafted a clay prototype with a design that felt comfortably ergonomic. After testing it out and achieving that "Aha!" moment, I sent my tech sheet to our supplier to initiate the exciting sampling and production process!

I sought a high-quality, durable zipper with a touch of luxury. After extensive research, I connected with a reputable Los Angeles supplier with decades of experience producing zippers across various industries. Rigorous testing and sample bag trials led to my selection of the zipper I proudly use today, turning my vision into reality. 🌟
